Day To Day, You'll Lead and empower a team responsible for delivering highquality administrative support across our claims and underwriting function Ensure workflows run smoothly, service levels are met Oversee the intake, indexing, and management of claims and underwriting documents Ensure insurance records, decision logs, reinsurance details and medical cost data are accurately maintained Drive standardisation and process improvement initiatives Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational accountability This role is a permanent opportunity.
