Mutual trust and respect are at the heart of everything we do. The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to work in our Brisbane Insurance practice. Supporting partner David Slatyer and his team, you will be regarded as an integral member who will provide superior administrative support and a variety of ad-hoc duties. Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following: Opening and closing of files; Preparing legal documents; Online court filing; Billing; File management; Diary management; Preparation and reconciliation of expenses; Client liaison and management; and PA duties as required. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have 2 years Legal/Personal Assistant experience with excellent communication and diary management skills, with a client service focus. You will be proficient in MS Word and formatting, and have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, and have exceptional attention to detail. The core office hours are 8.30am to 5pm, however extra hours may be required when necessary.
