What You'll Be Doing To provide Secretarial and Administrative services to the Department. This includes assisting the team in their clinical roles e.g. scheduling appointments, transcription typing of clinical letters, answering and responding to telephone enquiries, managing referrals, processing invoices, bulk billing, updating and maintaining patient information via databases, coordinating clinics through the patient scheduling system, as well as organising patients files that are required for the medical teams, Healthroster data entry and roster creation through roster demand template/s for department staff members Exercising initiative in the application of established day to day work practices and procedures in the Department such as prioritizing workload and ensuring tasks are met within a timely manner. About You We’re looking for someone who: Demonstrates administration working experience within a medical environment. Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organisational skills, with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrates typing experience with transcription equipment, with an accurate minimum typing speed of 60wpm.
