This role owns the delivery of the People & Workplace (P&W) Workstream, providing end‑to‑end leadership across requirements, solution design, delivery coordination and stakeholder engagement. As the P&W Stream Lead, you will: Own, plan and coordinate all P&W workstream deliverables across the Workday HCM program Provide technical and functional leadership leveraging deep Workday HCM expertise Lead and empower Business Analysts and SMEs, ensuring quality, consistency and delivery outcomes Partner closely with the Program Manager, Payroll, Practice Leads, vendors and senior stakeholders Shape solution design to ensure outcomes are fit‑for‑purpose, compliant and member‑centric Manage interdependencies, risks, issues and governance across a complex, multi‑stream program To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: 10 years' experience in Business Analysis, including leadership of large, complex programs Deep People & Workplace domain knowledge (mandatory) Strong Workday HCM implementation experience across multiple modules and methodologies (mandatory) Proven experience leading BA and SME teams in enterprise transformation programs Ability to influence and engage confidently at senior and executive levels Strong planning, problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills Experience working across Waterfall and Agile delivery environments The Aware Super difference At Aware Super, we believe that diversity of thought, background and experience creates better outcomes for our people, members and communities.
