The Role: We’re seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse to enhance our clinical team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be integral to providing high quality nursing care, fostering patient wellbeing, and supporting the seamless operation of our practice. Details: Position: Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Hours: Part-time, 2 days per week – Thursday and Friday Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Start Date: Immediate Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, treatment, wound care, and ongoing patient education. Along with other Clinical Tasks as required. Administer medications and immunisations in accordance with professional standards. Assist General Practitioners with minor procedures and patient consultations. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using Medical Director. Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient outcomes. Champion patient safety and adhere strictly to all clinical guidelines and privacy principles. Ideal Candidate Profile: Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse. Demonstrated experience in a primary healthcare or general practice setting (highly desirable). Exceptional clinical skills, with a patient-centred approach. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities. Proficiency with medical software (training provided for our specific systems). Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
