We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Male Support worker to help facilitate our Social Programs and also Support our clients both in the home and out in the community Key Responsibilities: • Co-facilitate engaging Adult and Kids Social Groups • Community-based support shifts as well as in-home support • Create a safe, inclusive space tailored to participants’ needs. • Provide positive meaningful support to our client base • Collaborate with our team to plan sessions, track progress, and ensure all activities align with the clients' goals and needs. What We’re Looking For: • Preferably experience working with children, ideally in social groups, youth programs, or support services. • Qualifications in individual support, youth work or a related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with kids, parents, and colleagues. • A positive, patient attitude and creativity in engaging young minds. • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) NDIS screening check and a First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). • Reliable transportation for potential community-based work.
