The Role This is a senior operational leadership role focused on bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to the heart of the business. You’ll oversee internal operations across compliance, HR, team performance, and company-wide planning, ensuring both Henderson Advocacy and Henderson Asset Management run smoothly and on rhythm. Acting as the engine behind the scenes, you’ll drive follow-through, improve systems, and lift overall organisational performance, not just maintaining order, but helping the business operate at a higher level. Key Responsibilities Execute daily operational tasks across the businesses Take instructions and turn them into completed outcomes Own follow-ups until they’re finished (not “in progress”) Coordinate people, tasks, and deadlines Fix problems instead of escalating them Your role is to remove friction and keep momentum high.
