We continually test and improve our products, so they are the best in the industry. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Fulfilment Specialist to join our Newcastle Branch . This is a varied role where you’ll be the friendly face at the trade counter while also supporting smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Duties Include: Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders Booking in freight via online portals and over the phone Unloading & Loading Trucks Stock Organisation Inbound sales calls General administration tasks Face to face service for walk in trade customers General sales assistant duties Maintaining the cleanliness of warehouse Occasional deliveries in a small ute We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes: Reliable and strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Customer Service experience Previous warehouse experience would be an advantage but not essential Some previous sales and administration experience would give you a strong advantage over other applicants Forklift License (or willing to obtain) What we offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Full in-depth product training Long term career with a market leader Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): What is your salary expectation Licence/Certification: Do you have a forklift licence (Preferred) Work Location: In person
