Then this role is for you! About the role: Our Fresh Meals Delivered team is excited to be searching for their newest member to as Customer Service Representative/ Administrator! In this role, the successful candidate will be helping us create an exceptional customer experience by being one of our key front of house staff members with a commencement date of Monday 16th March 2026. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for assisting customers with placing their order whether it be over the phone or in our Cardiff Shop. You will join us as another friendly staff member that customers look forward to speaking to when placing their order. This role will also entail some administrative tasks such as entering orders and invoicing. In your role, you will be supported by our small and mighty team in which we pride ourselves in helping each other to do an exceptional job. This role is a casual role (with potential to offer permanent part time for the right candidate) with good working hours, the suitable candidate will have approximately 20-25 hours a week. We have well established and strong relationships with many Aged Care Providers across Newcastle to also deliver our services as part of the Home Care Package.
