To get there, we need an eLearning Developer who isn’t just technically skilled, but mission-obsessed. Someone who sees each video series not as content, but as the exact system that empowers founders to launch, act, implement, and win, turning raw expertise into clear, actionable, life-changing learning. You’ll transform decades of battle-tested eCommerce knowledge (from internal experts who’ve scaled brands to 7-figures) into the most robust, comprehensive, and easy-to-follow program structures on the market. You’ll interview our SMEs (team members who live and breathe this stuff), distill their experience into structured scripts and flows, optimize existing “starter” content (detailed, explanatory, teaching-focused for new founders), and build fresh “scale” content (short, concise, high-density action items: “here’s exactly what to do—now execute”). You’ll own the end-to-end creation: from Figma slide decks → face-to-cam screen recordings (Loom/Wistia style) → enhanced interactive modules with quizzes, checks, branching, and polish. You’ll ship fast in a high-velocity startup environment, iterate ruthlessly based on founder feedback and results, and see your work directly drive client wins—because better modules = faster founder results = more brands hitting $10K/month. Occasionally you’ll jump in to refine visuals with designers, suggest platform integrations, or prototype new interaction ideas to keep raising the bar. But more importantly, you’ll help epic people win. That’s the impact - seeing the results of your work translate into lives being changed. You Might Be a Fit If You have 3–5 years hands-on experience as an eLearning Developer, Online Course Builder, or similar (building consumer-facing education programs preferred—B2C skill-building, entrepreneur training, founder courses over heavy corporate/compliance). You have a strong portfolio with live, interactive examples (must include links to 3–5 modules/courses you’ve built, ideally showing video interactivity engagement elements). You’re proficient in at least one major authoring tool: Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate (or very similar). You’re experienced with video-first workflows: recording face-to-cam slides/presentations, editing/syncing audio/video (Premiere, After Effects, Audacity), and basic asset work (Photoshop). You can add light custom interactions using HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics. You’re comfortable interviewing SMEs, refining raw discussions/content into structured, results-oriented learning paths (scripts, action items, flow). You thrive in fast-moving startups or small tech teams—bias for speed, rapid prototypes, tight deadlines, and autonomous execution. You’re naturally organized, proactive, and client-obsessed: you intuitively get “what our eCommerce founders actually need to take action and get results.” Bonus points if you have: Experience with SCORM/xAPI or platform integrations (we’re on Skool now, moving to custom MongoDB dashboard). Creative flair for animations, transitions, or simple gamification to boost engagement.
