This four-year apprenticeship offers hands-on experience while completing your UEE32225 Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Job Details As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople to gain practical, hands-on experience in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning and cooling systems. You will be involved in HVAC maintenance, repairs, and installations on large-scale equipment in commercial facilities. This role offers the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge required to become a fully qualified professional in this specialised trade. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the maintenance, repair, and installation of air-conditioning and cooling systems Service and maintain both new and existing units to ensure optimal performance Diagnose system faults and implement effective solutions Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company standards, and manufacturer specifications Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm This role may require overtime depending on project demands. You must be willing to travel and work at other locations as needed and be open to early morning starts and occasional weekend work. Although the primary office is on the Sunshine Coast, the role will involve some travel, with most off-site work taking place in the Hervey Bay region.
