Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and uphold digital performance standards across paid media, websites, and conversion journeysStep directly into campaign setup, optimisation, and diagnostics for priority or underperforming campaignsLead agency governance including briefing quality, pacing, QA, and performance accountabilityDiagnose CPA, CPL, CVR, and lead quality issues and implement corrective actionDefine channel mix, targeting logic, creative testing, and attribution standardsOwn website, landing page, and CRO standards to improve conversion efficiencyCoordinate SEO and GEO priorities with technical and development partnersTranslate performance data into clear, commercial recommendations for senior stakeholdersEstablish reporting frameworks and dashboards that drive decision-makingSupport growth tooling, pilots, and new initiatives across the portfolioEscalate persistent performance or delivery risks when outcomes are at stake Desired Skills and Attributes5 years’ hands-on performance marketing experience in B2B or high-consideration environmentsStrong capability across paid media, CRO, SEO, attribution, and conversion funnelsComfortable intervening directly in live campaigns when performance is at riskProven experience challenging agencies and internal stakeholders constructivelyCommercially minded, with the ability to diagnose issues beyond surface-level reportingConfident operating in matrixed environments where influence outweighs authorityPragmatic, decisive, and motivated by outcomes rather than optics Why Join?This is a rare opportunity to shape how digital performance is measured, challenged, and improved across a nationally recognised events portfolio.
