Introduction Worthington Motor Group is seeking two highly detail-oriented Registration Clerk / Stock Control Sales Support team members to join our BMW/MINI Department and our Motorcycle Department. These are full-time permanent positions reporting to the Group General Sales Manager and Sales Managers. The roles are based at our dealership in Somersby on the NSW Central Coast. Duties and responsibilities Process vehicle registrations accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Collect and verify all necessary documentation from customers, including title transfers, insurance information, and identification Maintain accurate records of all registration transactions and ensure timely submission of documents Work collaboratively with team members to ensure that data is consistent across all departments Assist in maintaining proper stock control of automotive inventory Monitor stock levels and update inventory records regularly to ensure accuracy including Floorplan Weekly & Monthly reporting Accounts Supporting the Group General Sales Manager and Sales Manager Administration Qualifications and Experience : Ideally a minimum 3 years' experience within a dealership/distributor environment Previous experience in a customer contact role Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail Precise data entry skills Strong organizational and time management skills Technical skills are highly desirable Sound computer skills; Microsoft Office Current Driver's License Full unrestricted Australian Working Rights In addition, you will also need to be: Team Player Disciplined and self-motivated Customer Service oriented What we offer The successful applicant will be offered a competitive remuneration package and great working conditions: A competitive salary Performance based incentives Staff discounts on servicing and purchasing the vehicles we sell, as well as other benefits
