We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team at Central Coast Motor Group — representing leading brands including Mercedes-Benz, Subaru, Isuzu UTE, Chery. As a key member of our service team, you’ll be the link between our customers and workshop, ensuring every vehicle receives exceptional care and every client enjoys a first-class experience. What You’ll Do Greet customers, identify vehicle needs, and provide clear service recommendations. Communicate repair requirements, costs, and timelines with transparency. Prepare accurate quotes, repair orders, and invoices. Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow. Keep customers updated on progress and completion times. Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that benefit customers. Maintain a professional and welcoming service environment. What We’re Looking For Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (preferred). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational ability. Confident handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. A professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
