About the role: You will work with the Partner in one of our tax and advisory teams across the full suite of work for a diverse range of clients. Your role will require you to drive team performance so that compliance deadlines are met, and operational targets achieved. About you: You are a degree qualified accountant with a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a tax compliance team in a public practice role. You are CA/CPA certified and have proven experience managing a client list, training, developing and managing a team, and meeting budgets and deadlines. You are technically skilled at: Tax compliance work for a range of entities; Preparing financial statements for a range of complex entities; Preparing general and special purpose financial reports; Identifying Div 7A, CGT, GST and FBT issues. Professional communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal, listening). Professional inter-personal skills and ability to collaborate with a hybrid team, pro-actively identify and address issues within the team, and resolve issues with stakeholders. High attention to detail so that the work you review is delivered accurately. Advanced time management, forward planning, and delegation skills to ensure client work is called in, processed, and delivered in accordance with client and ATO deadlines.
