About the role Footmaster Shoes' is seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team in our Yatala, Queensland office. This casual position will be responsible for maintaining our financial records and ensuring our accounts are accurate and up-to-date. The successful candidate must be available to work 10-15 hours per week on a casual basis. What you'll be doing Entering and reconciling daily financial transactions Preparing monthly financial reports and statements Completing payroll processing and administration Liaising with our accounting department and external stakeholders Maintaining accurate and organized financial records Assisting with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as needed What we're looking for 2-3 years' experience working as a Bookkeeper, preferably in the retail or small business sector Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills Proficiency in using accounting software such as MYOB or Xero Demonstrated competency in both MYOB and Xero accounting software platforms Demonstrated competency in both MYOB and Xero accounting software platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive, customer-focused attitude What we offer At Footmaster Shoes, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and flexible work environment.
