This role has been created to bring clear ownership, structure, and credibility to marketing data as it becomes a critical foundation for performance, decision-making, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Own and execute day-to-day marketing data operations across Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing CloudManage data hygiene including imports, deduplication, segmentation logic, and audience integrityDefine and enforce naming conventions, taxonomy, folder structures, and data definitionsEstablish, maintain, and protect a clear source of truth for marketing and customer dataBuild and maintain dashboards providing visibility into data health and audience qualityMonitor audience growth, engagement, unsubscribes, and conversion impactIdentify data risks, gaps, and inconsistencies and resolve them pragmaticallyEnsure campaign data is accurate, compliant, and ready for executionChallenge data requests that risk deliverability, compliance, or long-term integrityPartner with marketing, performance, and commercial stakeholders to improve decision-makingCreate documentation and repeatable processes without over-engineering Desired Skills and Attributes: Proven experience owning or leading a marketing data functionHands-on capability across CRM and ESP data operationsStrong experience establishing data standards and governance from the ground upAbility to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for non-technical stakeholdersConfidence challenging senior stakeholders when data integrity is at riskCommercially minded with strong judgement and prioritisation skillsComfortable operating at pace without perfect informationExperience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly regardedSQL capability advantageous but not essential Why Join?: This role sits at a genuine inflection point for the business, where trusted, well-governed marketing data is essential to continued growth.
