There is no doubt that this role offers a very large territory but with this come uncapped com and great earning potential to the BDM. In talking with the GM and COO that estimate that this role could offer North of $190,000 each year. As each year gets bigger so does your earning potential. This opportunity is ready for proven BDM that can see the earning potential and secure long-term contracts. Opportunity - You’re going to be targeting the tier 2’s and tier 3 civil construction clientele and looking to secure long term contracts over 1 to 5 years. The business needs someone that has the tenacity and energy to be out in the field, driving new business and winning long term relationships. It’s imperative that you can source and win clients from cold calling and leveraging from exciting relationships that the business has already delt with but also relationships that you can bring across from your previous hire background. This a true form BDM role that will heavily be focussed on SALES. You’re going to be covering from Coffs Harbour to Sunshine Coast and out to Roma QLD In your portfolio of machinery, you have the following · Wheel Loaders · Excavators · Skid Steers · Rollers · Tele Handlers · Mini Construction equipment · Backhoes Candidate requirements - Ethical and excellent customer service is required on a daily basics along with a professional outlook towards building new business. You must also be motivated and driven to be successful in winning over your clients. The key driving focus is maximising growth within the rental markets, you will sell the contracts either daily, weekly, or long term contracts. · 3 Years in Construction Hire · If you have hired Access, Earthmoving, Or any equipment that is below ground level this is key. · Strong relationships within Civil Construction · Excellent Territory management · Proven Sales experience and excellent at building relationships · If you have knowledge of earthmoving equipment this would be great, But the Hire equipment sales is key.
