We are looking for a new Senior Site Manager to oversee our Highrise Projects. We are seeking a motivated professional with experience in Highrise Apartments. This is a Contract role with long-term work in the pipeline that can progress into a fulltime position. Senior Site Manager – High Rise Apartment Construction Gold Coast and Northern NSW Project Locations Projects typically 14 - 40 stories plus Basement Car Park Builder/Developer with continual work in the pipeline Contract Position l Strong Salary Package - Possibility to progress into fulltime. Immediate start is available Senior Site Manager to join our Project/Development division. We have developments under construction in Gold Coast and Northern NSW and are seeking a capable Senior Site Manager that can deliver these projects. The business is a well-regarded Builder/Developer with an excellent reputation for high-quality developments and as an excellent employer. As the Senior Site Manager on the project, reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the construction project. Your duties will include but not be limited to; Management of the full life cycle of the construction project from early works, the structure through to finishes. Reading construction plans and drawings Management of all company site staff – including Leading Hands and Site labour. Management of tower crane and logistical issues Strong understanding and implementation of OH&S management and Site Safety Direction and management of multiple sub-contractors Can assist with the construction programme ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget – weekly and monthly programme meetings To be suitable for this position, you are expected to possess the following skills. Will have a Trade background or similar and progress to a Site Manager. A QLD and or NSW Builders License is preferred A strong understanding of structure as well as a high-end quality finish. Will have lots of experience in delivering apartment projects in Australia Will be available to start a new position Will be a good communicator and have a positive attitude to building multi-story apartment projects. Will have basic computer literacy skills On offer: A strong salary package.
