Competitive Hourly Rate Hancock Iron Ore are seeking a Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning activities across major brownfields Sustaining Capital Projects for the Roy Hill mine. This is a key leadership role within our Asset Management team, responsible for ensuring safe, structured and efficient commissioning and transition of critical operational infrastructure. Initially Perth-based, this role will move into a hybrid site arrangement as the projects progress into commissioning. About the Role: In this pivotal position, you will develop and execute end‑to‑end commissioning strategies, manage multi‑discipline commissioning teams, and ensure seamless handover of assets into Operations. You’ll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including Operations Readiness, PSA Operations & Maintenance, Technical Services, Water Operations, Environmental, and EEG & Asset Management.
