Delivery Manager – Power & Energy (HV / Generation) Perth | Major Infrastructure Projects Metrowest Power & Energy is expanding and we’re seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of complex power generation and high voltage infrastructure projects. This role is suited to a technically strong project leader who understands what “good” looks like onsite, commercially and operationally — and can drive performance across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases. You will be responsible for full lifecycle delivery from concept through to operational handover. About the Role You will lead the delivery of major generation and HV infrastructure packages, including: Concept and scope development Design review and technical governance Procurement strategy and OEM engagement Construction delivery oversight Commissioning management (FAT, SAT, IST) Operational readiness and formal handover to Operations You will coordinate OEMs, engineering consultants, construction contractors and commissioning teams to ensure safe, commercially sound and technically compliant outcomes Core Experience Required Demonstrated experience delivering power generation and/or high voltage infrastructure projects Proven end-to-end lifecycle project delivery experience Experience managing OEMs, engineering consultants and Tier 1 contractors Strong commissioning exposure within critical infrastructure environments Technical Background (Highly Regarded) We are ideally seeking someone who has progressed from an electrical onsite or engineering background into senior project leadership.
