Scaff Pro is growing and we are seeking an experienced Senior Scaffold Designer to take ownership of design across our commercial and high-end residential projects. This is a senior, hands-on drafting role requiring strong scaffold system knowledge and advanced capability in the scaffolding drafting software, iScaf & CAD. We are looking for someone technically confident, commercially aware and capable of operating autonomously within our growing business. About the Role Based in our Burleigh office, you will be responsible for designing scaffold solutions across: Commercial projects Staged and complex builds High-end residential projects Specialist suspended scaffolds to submit to engineer You will primarily work with: Kwikstage, Quick Ally, & layher iScaf software (expert-level proficiency mandatory) This role requires someone who understands not just how to draft scaffold — but how it is built safely and efficiently on site. Key Responsibilities Produce detailed scaffold designs using iScaf Develop staged erection and dismantle strategies Ensure designs comply with Australian Standards Interpret architectural and structural drawings Prepare accurate material take-offs Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to ensure buildable outcomes Attend site where required to assess constraints and resolve design challenges Essential Requirements Proven scaffold design experience within commercial projects Experience designing staged and complex scaffold systems Strong working knowledge of Kwikstage and Layher systems Advanced proficiency in iScaf (this is mandatory) Strong understanding of scaffold compliance and Australian Standards Ability to critically think and problem solve Comfortable working autonomously Why Join Scaff Pro?
