Luxury accommodation and events estate, Mona Farm, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our growing team based in Braidwood, regional NSW. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with Mona Farm's newly appointed Executive Chef, Tristan Rebbettes, who has more than 11 years’ experience working in some of Sydney's most recognised restaurants (Rockpool 1989, Saint Peter, Flying Fish, EST). The leafy town of Braidwood is located 1 hour from Canberra, 1 hour from Goulburn or 50 minutes from Batemans Bay. Please note, for the role of Restaurant Manager, you must be willing to relocate to Braidwood. We are seeking a professional, friendly, and service-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our hospitality team. This role is integral to delivering exceptional guest experiences across weddings, events, in-house dining, workshops, and private functions. You will work closely with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery while upholding our reputation for quality, warmth, and attention to detail. Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation Key Responsibilities Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service across all guest-facing food and beverage areas. Support the setup, service, and pack down of weddings, events, in-house dining experiences, and workshops. Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service. Deliver food-related guest experiences such as cooking workshops, classes, or tastings as directed. Assist with in-house meals and chef-prepared dining experiences in guest houses and private venues. Perform barista duties, including high-quality coffee preparation and assisting with coffee service and training as required. Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of all food and beverage areas. Support service coordination and provide guidance to casual team members during events and service periods. Assist with stock control, restocking, supplier deliveries, and stock rotation. Uphold all WHS, food safety, and hygiene standards. Assist in onboarding and training new team members in service standards and customer engagement. Respond proactively to guest needs and feedback, escalating issues when required. Maintain accurate end-of-shift reporting, including basic till balancing and handovers. Contribute positively to team culture and continuous service improvement initiatives. Carry out additional duties as required to support the broader hospitality and events team. Skills & Experience Essential: Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, events, or restaurant environments. Strong customer service skills with a warm, professional approach. Barista experience with the ability to prepare high-quality coffee consistently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Sound understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings. Desirable: Experience working at weddings, private functions, or premium hospitality venues. Experience delivering food workshops, tastings, or interactive guest experiences. Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification. First Aid certification.
