Task & responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with consistent quality and presentation. Assist in planning and developing new recipes aligned with the café’s style. Maintain portion control and ensure meals meet menu standards. Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and reduce food waste. Ensure kitchen hygiene and cleanliness, complying with food safety regulations. Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and menu execution. Work efficiently under pressure during peak service hours. Train and assist junior kitchen staff as needed. Contribute to seasonal menus, specials, and promotional dishes. Ensure proper storage of ingredients and adherence to health and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen workflow and timely service. Maintain knowledge of cooking techniques and trends to enhance menu offerings. Qualification & experience Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role. Cert III in Relevant Field.
