Manage end to end recruitment Fast paced environment Permanent full-time position The Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist Our client is a leading privately owned multi-disciplined engineering and maintenance services company which focuses on delivering a full range of projects within the WA mining industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment process for blue collar trades – projects and shutdowns across WA. Manage employee onboarding, including job descriptions, letters of offer and contracts. Coordinate pre-employment medicals, training and inductions. Talent searching via – advertising, networking, industry events, social media. Collaborate with internal and site teams to deliver required resources to job schedules and timelines, including working with the mobilising and scheduling team for new employee onboarding. Track recruitment metrics and reporting. Requirements: Experience working in a fast-paced blue collar recruitment role. Proven recruitment experience within the mining, construction and industrial industry. (project and shutdown experience desirable) Ability to manage end to end recruitment – advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, mobilisation. Experience with candidate tracking systems. Exposure to recruiting for BHP, RIO, Roy Hill, FMG projects (desirable) HR qualifications (diploma, degree or equivalent) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Australian permanent resident. What We Offer: Permanent full-time position, located in East Perth.
