About the role IMMEDIATE START B.C Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is seeking a Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Tradesman to join our team operating in Sarina and Mackay, Queensland. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise to a leading provider of refrigeration and air conditioning services. What you'll be doing Perform installation, maintenance and repair services for a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment, and recommend appropriate solutions Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients to understand their needs Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work undertaken Support the broader team as needed to deliver a seamless service to our customers What we're looking for Formal trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Extensive hands-on experience as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Tradesman, ideally in a similar role Ability to work independently and manage workload Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of systems Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills Commitment to working safely and in compliance with relevant regulations A valid driver's licence What we offer At B.C Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, we are committed to providing our team with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
