We’re now looking for a Technical Operations & Commercial Co-Ordinator in both Singleton and Mackay to strengthen the link between our workshop, pricing, and supply chain functions, and help improve the systems that support them. This is a role for someone with strong trade foundations who also sees opportunity in better systems, smarter workflows, and practical use of technology. The Role Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for. Key responsibilities include: Component standard pricing development and maintenance. Machine rebuild tender pricing and commercial submissions. Workshop scheduling and planning for major rebuild projects. Parts ordering and coordination to support rebuild programs. Identifying and improving manual processes using better systems and technology. Supporting workshop efficiency and operational visibility. What We’re Looking For Trade-qualified background (Diesel Fitter, Mechanical Fitter or similar preferred). Experience in rebuild environments or heavy equipment workshops. Strong understanding of job costing, component pricing and rebuild scopes. Highly organised with strong planning and coordination capability. Commercially aware with attention to margin and cost control. Comfortable working with systems and motivated to improve existing processes. Practical mindset toward technology, automation and smarter ways of working. We are not rebuilding from scratch, we’re improving and refining what already works. We’re looking for someone who can see inefficiencies and turn them into structured, scalable processes.
