Due to continued growth, we’re accepting applications for Casual Junior Food & Beverage staff to join our team and provide our patrons with memorable dining experiences and attentive people to showcase their people skills. You must be able to fit our service culture by thriving in a busy work environment as you could be taking food orders one minute, to preparing coffees and serving meals the next. The Food and Beverage team provides amazing customer service across multiple food outlets, bars and a variety of function spaces. The active team takes a ‘hands-on approach’ to creating customer loyalty whilst staying on top of service and food requirements to create memorable experiences. The Junior Food and Beverage staff are led by senior Food and Beverage team members. Working in our Café, the Bistro Till, on the floor picking up plates and glasses and waitstaff in functions. Applicants that will standout are those that are professionally presented, passionate about great service, and genuinely enjoy working with people . To be successful, you must demonstrate the following: Well presented, with a positive, friendly disposition, a welcoming smile, and a service focused attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced, at times, pressure driven environment. Availability is essential as the successful applicant must be willing and readily available to evenings and weekends. Previous experience in hospitality will be beneficial.
