As our Rides & Tickets Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the safe, efficient & guest‑focused operation of one of our busiest Operations departments. You will help shape the daily experience of every visitor, ensuring cultural integrity, exceptional service, operational excellence & continuous improvement are embedded in every decision. Our Rides & Tickets Manager will also have management & oversite of the site Duty Managers, Guiding & Beyond Skyway teams, working closely with Team Leaders to ensure that the teams are running smoothly, working safely & always evolving! About the Role In this dynamic leadership role, you will oversee the performance, development & wellbeing of our Rides & Ticketing Teams, driving operational excellence, service consistency & a culture our people are proud to be part of. You will: Lead daily operations across rides & ticketing, ensuring smooth, safe & guest‑focused delivery. Support sales, performance & financial targets through strong team management & operational efficiency. Mentor Duty Managers & Team Leaders, empowering them to lead confident, capable teams. Champion continual improvement by analysing guest & team feedback and implementing initiatives to elevate the visitor experience. Collaborate with teams across Scenic World to deliver aligned, high‑quality service & operational outcomes. Monitor rostering, staffing levels & wage costs to ensure resourcing meets demand and remains within budget. Uphold safety, compliance & operational standards across all activities. Support the coordination of VIP tours, famils, education groups & special events. Contribute to annual business planning & the execution of rides & ticketing operational goals. Foster a positive, inclusive and values‑driven team culture.
