About the opportunity Reporting into the BIM Manager and Systems Training Manager and as part of the group Learning & Development function you will play a crucial role in contributing to the success of the NEX Building Group drafting teams (sales drafting, production drafting and product development) through facilitating onboarding, induction, and structured technical training for all drafting employees and users of ArchiCAD. More specifically, you will: Develop a comprehensive, scalable ArchiCAD training program aligned with evolving team requirements and business objectives Engage with BIM vendor and internal subject matter experts, leveraging the full range of features and capabilities, to author content for ArchiCAD/BIM system training programs Identify training needs through stakeholder consultation and system usage analysis Create multi modal training materials (guides, e-learning modules, videos, job aids, SOPs) Ensure content is clear, user-friendly, and tailored to different user groups to uplift capability and confidence Facilitate in person and virtual training workshops and webinars Further enhance inductions to ensure new starters are set up for success Report monthly on training completions and BIM training effectiveness Work with individuals and small teams to build technical capability at all levels Identify ways to improve our BIM training programs throughout the employee lifecycle About you You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate: ArchiCAD advanced skills Training experience and ideally possess Cert IV in Training and Assessment Experience as a technical writer and documenting business processes Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills The ability to positively engage with people at all levels A willingness to learn new technology and work with a diverse team Driver’s license Interested?
