You will take ownership of client relationships, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the growth of KellyPartners. With 6 years’ experience in public practice, you’ll be trusted to lead engagements while being fully supported through structured learning and clear development pathways. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into leadership and build towards long-term equity partnership. Position Responsibilities Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients Mentor and train staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Development and manage client relationships, providing expert advisory service and solutions to add long-term value Lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events Help provide exceptional service to our clients About You Minimum of 6 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar Expertise using accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic Video
