You will take ownership of client relationships, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the growth of KellyPartners. With 6 years’ experience in public practice, you’ll be trusted to lead engagements while being fully supported through structured learning and clear development pathways. Position Responsibilities Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely mannerProvide tax planning and advisory services to clientsMentor and train staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Development and manage client relationships, providing expert advisory service and solutions to add long-term valueLead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFsLead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trustsLiaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clientsParticipate in training seminars, team meetings and social eventsHelp provide exceptional service to our clients About You Minimum of 6 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting PracticeChartered Accountant qualification or in progressBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similarExpertise using accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero and QuickbooksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailCommitted to providing exceptional service to our clientsProactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic
