What we are looking for: We're searching for a commercially driven and results-focused Store Manager to join and lead our Bundaberg store commencing in April. About the Role: You will lead a team of retail sales associates to drive lead generation, manage store performance, and deliver on key sales targets in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Drive lead generation by promoting free 5-minute hearing checks and following up with new and existing customers. Build strong customer relationships, explain hearing results, and recommend appropriate next steps. Manage store operations including database administration, stock control, invoicing, and industry compliance reporting. Lead, coach, and develop the team, including recruitment, onboarding, rostering, and performance management. Deliver on store targets and KPIs, using data and analytics to inform commercial decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong multitasking ability, sharp business acumen, and the confidence to run the store as if it were your own business. Who we're looking for: Proven ability to drive sales and profitability in a retail or customer-focused environment, with previous team management experience (essential). Commercially minded and KPI-driven, confident using data and analytics to inform decisions. Highly organised with strong administrative and computer skills, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Energetic, personable communicator with a proactive "can-do" attitude. Ambitious and career-focused, flexible to work retail hours (including weekends and late nights); experience in sales, retail, health, or education highly regarded. Training & Support: Two weeks of full-time training in Brisbane or Gold Coast (all expenses covered, including travel, accommodation and meals).
