Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT) We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to oversee all financial operations, guide strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance across a diverse group of companies As a Finance Controller, you will not just manage numbers—you will drive efficiency, optimise financial processes, and empower teams while ensuring our organisations remain financially strong and compliant. What You’ll Do: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide actionable insights to senior management. Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements. Financial Reporting & Compliance Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and KPIs. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain strong internal controls. Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies. Cash Flow & Risk Management Manage cash flow projections and optimise liquidity. Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and credit risks. Operational Excellence Oversee accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and reporting. Develop budgets, service pricing, and annual work plans. Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and financial sub-ledgers. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and inspire your team with a ‘leader as coach’ mindset. Set KPIs, provide feedback, and ensure team engagement. Recruit, train, and develop talent to strengthen capabilities. Financial Systems & Process Improvement Implement best practices, improve processes, and explore automation opportunities. Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to optimise financial strategies. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven managerial experience in financial management. Experience in Aged Care or NDIS is a plus. Strong knowledge of financial principles, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
