Your Role: Review financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts and partnerships. Review and oversight of BAS/IAS and FBT return preparation and lodgement. Managing workflow, deadlines and mentoring junior team members. Assisting with tax planning, structuring and advisory services. Liaising directly with SME clients and collaborating with the broader advisory team. Driving process improvements and maintaining strong technical compliance standards. About You: Tax & Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant ready to step up (5 years’ experience in public practice). Strong technical knowledge across tax and compliance. Proven ability to manage client relationships and review team work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised with strong time management skills.
