Immediate Start for a temporary Accounts Payable based in Perth CBD Your new company We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a busy, fast‑paced team within a well‑established national organisation that supports major infrastructure and service operations across Australia and New Zealand.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support to the fleet and procurement functions. The role involves opening purchase orders, receipting invoices, and handling high‑volume transactional AP work. Your new role Create and manage purchase orders Process and receipt invoices using Navision Maintain accuracy across high‑volume Accounts Payable tasks Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve PO and invoice discrepancies Ensure compliance with financial processes and documentation requirements What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a busy environment Experience with Navision is highly advantageous.
