This role will be responsible for planning, deploying, configuring, and optimising SolarWinds across enterprise infrastructure environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing visibility, performance monitoring, alerting, and reporting across servers, endpoints, and network devices, while ensuring secure configuration aligned with industry best practices. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute deployment of SolarWinds agents across servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure Configure and optimise SolarWinds modules for monitoring, alerting, performance management, and reporting Ensure secure configuration and system hardening in line with organisational security standards Develop and refine monitoring thresholds, alerts, and reporting dashboards Troubleshoot monitoring issues and improve overall platform reliability and performance Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure comprehensive monitoring coverage Skills & Experience Proven hands-on experience implementing and managing SolarWinds in enterprise environments Strong understanding of Windows Server, networking, and infrastructure components Experience with system hardening and secure configuration practices Ability to deploy monitoring agents at scale Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Desirable Experience in complex or regulated enterprise environments Familiarity with ITIL practices Exposure to security monitoring or compliance frameworks What’s on Offer 6-month contract engagement Brisbane-based role Opportunity to lead a key monitoring deployment initiative Collaborative, enterprise-scale environment If you are a SolarWinds specialist ready to deliver immediate impact, we encourage you to apply.
