Where you'll be working Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) - based at Hornsby Hospital What You'll Be Doing You will play a key role in assessing, prescribing and supervising exercise programs for cardiac patients, contributing to improved functional capacity, confidence and long-term heart health. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply. Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria Bachelor or post graduate degree in an exercise science related field with eligibility for accreditation as an exercise physiologist with ESSA. Demonstrated well developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to use health information systems. Demonstrate skills and knowledge in the provision of an evidence based Exercise Physiology service to consumers, carers and families requiring the physical activity management and rehabilitation of people with a wide variety of chronic and complex conditions.
