Synergie Australia is seeking a Procurement Systems Administrator for a trusted client within the facilities management sector, located in Macquarie Park. The important parts: Pay: $400–$550 per day super |⏳ Duration: 5‑month contract, starting ASAP Hours: Monday–Friday, Flexible between 8am – 6pm | 38 hrs per week Location: Macquarie Park – parking onsite Hybrid: 3 days in the office We are proud to be partnering with one of our strategic customers, a global leader in workplace experience and facility management services. What you will be required to do: You’ll support the next phase of a large‑scale Coupa supplier onboarding project , helping transition thousands of subcontractors into the organisation’s new payment system. This role is hands‑on, high‑volume and central to ensuring the platform goes live smoothly. Engaging directly with suppliers to complete Coupa onboarding Managing high‑volume administration and collecting supplier documentation Sending onboarding invitations and guiding suppliers through system steps Providing basic system troubleshooting and technical support Acting as the primary contact for: Supplier enquiries Invoice‑raising questions Internal stakeholder issues Supporting catalogue and supplier setup activities Using existing training materials to coach suppliers through the process Working across multiple internal business units Managing a high volume of external stakeholders simultaneously To be successful in the role you will: Have experience using Coupa (exposure is sufficient; you don’t need to be a platform expert) Be confident managing high‑volume enquiries Bring strong administration, accuracy and communication skills Enjoy a focused environment where you can work independently and get things done.
