Community Clinical Nurse/Educator - Aged Care - Office based role - North Brisbane Do you have solid experience as an RN/CN working in Community Aged Care and looking for a role to get off the floor into a more office based position? This role would be ideal for someone who likes developing clinical programs and educating staff. - we are looking for that unique person that can do both! Overview Head Office based role – North Brisbane (no hybrid options) Full time role – Monday-Friday – flexible with hours to suit your needs This role doesn’t have any direct reports so no management duties involved No-on call duties Reporting and working closely alongside the Quality Manager (who is fantastic and very down to earth!) Aged Care Community experience is ESSENTIAL (residential aged care experience won’t be considered) A little bit of travel now and then to deliver training to staff (occasional 2-day visit to different locations but not very often) $110k super (slightly negotiable for the right person and experience) Brief Overview of Duties Providing coaching and mentoring to individuals and groups of staff Act as a mentor and give direction to the Clinical Coordinators across the business Data analysis, creating and updating policies, procedures and processes Develop clinical programs with clear information for staff to access Ability to identify and manage risks Requirements AHPRA Registered Nurse required Experience in Community Aged Care / Home Care - ESSENTIAL Solid clinical judgement required Must have experience with developing policies, procedures and clinical programs Aged Care Community experience is ESSENTIAL (residential aged care experience won’t be considered) Experience being able to coach and mentor staff Fast-paced role so you will need the ability to multi tasks You must be IT Savvy to support developing and maintaining the Electronic Client Health Records and web-based applications.
