In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operational and technical performance of a premium commercial building, ensuring it is maintained to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Working closely with a collaborative team, you will contribute to initiatives that support strong building performance and deliver a high-quality experience for tenants. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the day-to-day technical operations of a premium property asset, ensuring exceptional standards of maintenance and service delivery. Liaise with key stakeholders, contractors, and third-party suppliers to maintain smooth operations and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. Develop and implement long-term maintenance strategies to protect the asset’s value and optimise operational performance. Conduct HSEQ audits of contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety and compliance requirements. CRITERIA: Proven experience in technical facilities management, ideally within premium commercial or retail property assets. Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to stakeholder and contractor management. In-depth knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, with a proven ability to oversee their effective operation. Experience managing both preventative and reactive maintenance programs. Understanding of hard and soft services within facilities management. High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
