OVERVIEW: A leading property group is seeking an experienced Development Director to lead a team and manage the delivery of large-scale property developments across Perth. This senior leadership role will see you responsible for driving the full development lifecycle—from site acquisition and feasibility through to planning approvals, delivery, and project completion. You will work closely with internal teams, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and in line with strategic objectives. Lead and manage the end-to-end development process across multiple projects Identify and secure new development opportunities and sites Oversee feasibility analysis, financial modelling, and project viability Manage planning, approvals, design development, and stakeholder engagement Lead project teams including consultants, contractors, and internal staff Drive project delivery, ensuring commercial, quality, and timeline outcomes are achieved Contribute to the strategic growth and expansion of the development pipeline CRITERIA: Extensive experience in property development within the Australian market Proven track record delivering commercial, high rise residential, or mixed-use projects Strong commercial acumen and financial capability Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills Deep understanding of the development lifecycle, planning processes, and market dynamics This is an opportunity to join a well-established organisation and play a key role in shaping the future development landscape across Perth.
