D&M Composites is engaging independent site supervisors for live/upcoming projects. This is subcontract work (weekly or project-based), not employment and not via recruitment agencies . Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site activities and contractor coordination Manage WHS compliance and site safety documentation Provide short daily/weekly progress updates (photos notes) Report risks, delays, and required actions to our internal PM team White Card and relevant tickets/licenses Local to the project area (no fly-in arrangements) Comfortable with lump-sum / weekly subcontract rates (not hourly payroll) Locations (1 supervisor per site) Shoal Point – Mackay QLD Emerald QLD How to respond Send: name, location, brief experience summary, tickets/licenses, availability, and preferred weekly/lump-sum rate.
