About the business and the role PureHarvest is a health food company located in Drouin, Victoria. Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our Purchasing and Quality functions and provide back-up support to other departments as required. This role is suited to someone who understands the pace, compliance requirements and documentation standards of a food manufacturing environment. Flexible part-time hours are available for the right candidate. Job tasks and responsibilities maintain approved supplier documentation and records support internal and external audit preparation maintain timely and accurate data entry and record keeping provide cross-functional administrative support to other departments such as invoice entry and filing. Skills and experience To be considered for this position you will have a minimum 3 years experience in an administrative role high attention to detail and professional communication skills combined with a proactive approach ability to prioritise and manage own workload to ensure that competing deadlines are met
