The Education Assistant (Early Childhood) is an integral member of the College’s primary campus team. The Education Assistant supports the teaching and learning of students through assisting the Teacher to deliver planned education programs and by encouraging a supportive and inclusive learning environment. An Education Assistant enables students to better utilise the educational program and have an increased understanding of the nature of the learning environment. This position requires exceptional organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as a demonstrated capacity to work with discretion, integrity, and alignment to the Catholic ethos of the College.
