The Early Childhood Teacher nurtures the holistic growth, wellbeing, and early learning of young children. The role involves supporting and guiding students within pastoral care groups through positive, proactive engagement, including mentoring, monitoring, and fostering each child’s social, emotional, and academic development. The Teacher creates developmentally appropriate, play based learning experiences aligned with the School’s curriculum and learning frameworks, ensuring all activities support individual learning needs and promote strong early foundations. Working collaboratively with colleagues and school leaders, the Teacher contributes to the CEWA Vision for Learning and the School’s Catholic School Improvement Plan.
