The Opportunity As Area Manager , you will work closely with five experienced Centre Directors and their teams, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality education and care across all services. This role blends leadership, operations and mentorship. You will oversee service performance, support compliance, and provide hands-on guidance to centre leaders to maintain exceptional standards. Key responsibilities include: Supporting and mentoring Centre Directors to deliver outstanding education and care Monitoring and maintaining financial performance across services Ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations and quality standards Driving continuous improvement initiatives across all centres Partnering with leadership teams to support staff capability and service excellence About You You are an experienced and confident multi-site leader with strong operational capability and a genuine passion for Early Childhood education. You will also have: Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood (or Children’s Services) Minimum 2 years’ experience in multi-site or senior service leadership Strong business acumen, including budgeting and financial oversight Excellent written and verbal communication skills Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS Experience managing rosters, policies and service operations A collaborative, hands-on leadership style and passion for supporting teams If you think you could be the perfect candidate for this opportunity, please apply today!
