About the Role We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor - Transport to join our dynamic team in Perth. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a motivated and organized professional with a strong background in transport and logistics. You will be responsible for the coordination, planning, and supervision of our depot and transport fleet operations to ensure our service objectives and KPIs are met efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities Lead a small team of drivers Co-ordination of timely delivery to and from customer sites located in the Pilbara Region. Oversee transport operations and fleet scheduling for our linehaul service. Allocate labour and manage task planning across operations. Ensure compliance with safety leadership standards and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations. Monitor vehicle operations, maintenance, and driver fatigue management. Manage depot administration processes, including records and reporting. Support continuous improvement in operational procedures and customer service delivery. Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and transport management systems (tablet-based). Liaise with internal teams, clients, and drivers to ensure timely service execution. Essential Criteria Knowledge of the transport/logistics industry. Demonstrated safety leadership and regulatory compliance knowledge. Prior experience in transport scheduling, depot supervision, and resource allocation. Strong administrative and communication skills. Comprehensive understanding of Heavy Vehicle Operations, fatigue management, and load restraint procedures. Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to operational demands. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. Experience with transport management software and mobile data capture. Desirable Criteria Background in mining/resource sector logistics or heavy vehicle distribution. HC or MC truck licence.
