Core Purpose Support Australia site’s construction machinery service operations, focusing on warehouse coordination, safety compliance, and customer feedback to ensure efficiency and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Parts Support Assist in machinery/parts warehousing (inbound, storage, inventory, outbound) and ensure SOP adherence. Coordinate 3PL logistics, report abnormalities, and support warehouse optimization. Safety Compliance Implement OH&S-aligned safety policies (PPE distribution, checklists, on-site supervision). Assist in safety training, conduct spot checks, and track hazard rectifications. Operational & Team Support Provide admin support (onboarding, training materials, KPI compilation) for site teams. Assist in daily operations (machinery delivery, maintenance tracking). After-Sales & Customer Feedback Manage customer complaints/feedback with closed-loop tracking and follow-up. Key Requirements 3 years of construction machinery service/operations support experience (Australian market exposure preferred). Familiarity with warehouse/parts management and basic Australian OH&S standards. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills; detail-oriented. Fluent in English; cross-functional collaboration ability.
