The team includes functions for risk management, policy, governance, compliance, work, health and safety, business process improvement, insurance and facilities management. This role leads the provision of high-quality customer focused corporate advisory services in the areas of responsibility across the RIA. Essential Extensive experience in delivering risk management, business continuity and corporate governance services in a complex environment. Extensive experience in provision of process improvement advice and optimisation of service delivery. Demonstrated experience in oversight and management of work, health and safety, insurance and facilities management. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes and a demonstrated customer-focused service ethos. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience with the ability to prioritise competing priorities and ensuring the timely delivery of outcomes. Highly developed level of written and verbal communications skills. Applies and promotes the principles of equity, diversity and work health and safety in the workplace. Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, business or equivalent experience.
